Privacy policy

Effective September 15, 2026. Braid & Berry is operated by Kimik Ads, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us").

What we collect

• Orders: your name, phone number, pickup location or delivery address, what you ordered, and the time. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Braid Club and referrals: your phone number, your stamps, your referral code and the orders that used it.
• Notify me and catering: your email, zip code or city, your interests, and what you tell us in the form.
• Site usage: pages viewed, buttons clicked and device information, collected through Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel, which use cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To prepare, deliver and confirm your order and text you about it.
• To run the Braid Club and referral program.
• To tell you where we are and when we open near you, if you asked us to.
• To understand which parts of the site and which market days bring people in, and to show you our posts and offers on platforms you use.

Texts and emails

By placing an order or joining the Braid Club with your phone number you agree to receive texts about your order and your stamps. Marketing texts and emails are only sent if you opted in, and every message includes a way to stop. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the site and the business: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), our email and text providers, and the analytics and advertising platforms named above. We do not sell your personal information. We share it if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Cookies

We use cookies and pixels for site measurement and advertising. You can block them in your browser settings; the site still works. To opt out of interest-based advertising, use the settings on Google, Meta and TikTok or the industry opt-out pages.

Your choices and rights

California residents can ask what personal information we hold, ask us to delete it, and opt out of sharing for cross-context advertising, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Anyone can ask us to correct or delete their information. Email hello@braidandberry.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. To stop texts, reply STOP.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Keeping it safe

We keep the information only as long as we need it for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable safeguards. No method is perfectly secure.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
