Terms of service

Effective September 15, 2026. These terms apply to the Braid & Berry website and to orders placed through it. The site is operated by Kimik Ads, Inc.

Orders

• An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation screen or text. We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot fulfil, and we will refund any payment for a cancelled order.
• Pickup orders are held for 30 minutes after the ready time. Delivery times are estimates.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout. Delivery carries the fee shown at checkout.
• Payments on the site are processed by Stripe under its terms. Orders marked "pay at pickup" are paid at the counter.

Food and allergens

Our bread contains egg, wheat and sesame; many items contain dairy and some contain tree nuts or peanuts, as marked on the menu. Everything is prepared in one kitchen and cross-contact is possible. Tell us about allergies in your order notes or at the counter; we cannot guarantee that any item is free of an allergen.

Refunds and problems

If something is wrong with your order, tell us the same day at hello@braidandberry.com or at the counter and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Braid Club and referrals

Stamps and rewards have no cash value, are tied to one phone number, and may be changed or ended at any time. Referral discounts apply to a friend's first order only; one referral reward per referred friend; we may withhold rewards obtained through fraud or self-referral.

Catering

Catering requests are quotes, not orders, until we confirm in writing. Deposit, cancellation and delivery terms are in the quote.

Your use of the site

Do not misuse the site, interfere with it, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content. The site, its text, images, videos and design belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. The site is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
